Living with OCD can feel overwhelming, but effective treatment is available. I provide evidence-based OCD therapy in Toronto to help reduce intrusive thoughts and compulsions. OCD can appear in many forms, including contamination fears, checking, harm-related thoughts, relationship OCD (ROCD), sexual-orientation OCD (SO-OCD), and other distressing intrusive thoughts.
Using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) along with CBT and ACT, we work to interrupt the OCD cycle, reduce anxiety, and help you regain a sense of control.
